Lydia Hiller (she/her) is thrilled to be back (we’re finally back!) at the festival.


Previous MSF roles include Hermia (A Midsummer Night’s Dream), Ophelia (Hamlet) , Cecily (The Importance of Being Earnest), and Love’s Labour’s Lost.


Elsewhere in Michigan, she has appeared in Lovely Sunday for Creve Coeur (Tipping Point Theatre), 4000 Miles (JET), and End Days (Williamston Theatre and JET).


In Chicago, she has performed at First Folio Theatre, Lifeline Theatre, Idle Muse Theatre, Oil Lamp Theatre, and with A Crew of Patches.


She performed internationally at Universal Studios Japan.


Lydia is the creator of Gingersnap the Elf, a Covid-safe holiday character who performs throughout Chicago and on Zoom. She is a graduate of Michigan State University and can be found at
