Sawyer is excited to be working with the Michigan Shakespeare Festival for the first time in their 2025 season!

This coming fall, he will be a 2nd year student at Wayne State University studying to receive his

BFA in Theatre Design and Technology.

He has previously worked on Into the Woods, The Prom, and Wayne State’s 96th Annual Spring Dance Concert.

Sawyer has spent a lot of time working in the Hillberry Gateway’s Lighting and Sound Shop and frequently volunteers at the Fraser Performing Arts Center, working with community theatre groups and his former high school.

He would like to thank his family and friends for always supporting him,

and is looking forward to giving back to his community through this endeavor.
