From straight plays to short films, Cassius is overjoyed to return with the MiSFITs, in Michigan Shakespeare Festival’s touring productions of Romeo and Juliet, as well as Macbeth.

 

Studying under Henri Franklin, John Sloan III, and Kelli Crump they’ve appeared in productions of Dominique Morriseau’s Blood at the Root, William Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream, Qui Nguyen’s She Kills Monsters, Andrew Morton’s Sofa Stories, and many more whilst finding a home in Poetry Slams and as a Teaching Artist.

 

They aim to breed Theater and Poetry into something truly special.
