Chicago Shakespeare Theatre,
Detroit native, Duane Shabazz is making his Michigan Shakespeare debut this summer.
Previously performed as Juicy in Detroit Public Theatre’s Fat Ham playing “Juicy”, a role he’d previously understudied in San Diego’s The Old Globe’s production.
He is a proud member of the NYU Grad Acting program, class of 2023 and previously the class of 2020 at Western Michigan University.
He strongly represents Detroit School of Arts and Mosaic Youth Theatre as an Alumni.
